Can you help me if I live in another state?

Of course we can...we work with clients all over the world. We coordinate with you via email and phone to get a feel for what you want, and then we are there for your wedding to make sure things go smoothly.

My resort has a wedding coordinator, what do you do that would be different from what she does?

The resort coordinators can be a wonderful resource for getting your day booked & reservations at restaurants made...BUT....most resorts are used to small weddings coming in for a quick ceremony and then off to dinner with the rest of the guests at the resort. Our clients typically want something a little more special.

We help you make the vision of your day an actuality...we make sure the guests get checked in to your room block (believe it or not this is a common area for problems!); help you find vendors (we know optional off-property vendors that provide a higher quality of service); we are there to make sure things are set-up how you want; and that you walk down the aisle without worrying if the staff understood how you wanted the room to be set-up or that they will get it done on time. We also help you coordinate a wedding design that reflects your personalities and incorporate it in to all aspects of the wedding.

My wedding is only a few months away and I feel like I need someone there to help make sure things go smoothly, do you provide day of services?

Absolutely! This is a must have for every destination wedding bride! You need someone who isn't a family member or friend to take care of all the details with the resort staff...from arrival and setup to getting you down the aisle.
